There are 4 basic phases to Rahal Consulting's process
- Defining the project scope and proposal
Prior to the start of each engagement or any fees being exchanged, time is spent clearly identifying and delineating the needs, objectives, activities, deliverables and fees. Only when all parties agree to this proposal phase does the project move forward.
- Conduct complete business analysis and develop plan, both strategic and tactical
Bringing together the myriad of data gathered from both an internal and external market analysis, Rahal Consulting creates a detailed and focused action plan driven by the agreed upon business objectives.
- Execute the plan
Rahal Consulting continues to work closely with the client and project after plan approval to execute the strategies and tactics.
- Measure and monitor
Consistent review of all activities and results insures linkage back to initial goals and expectations. Necessary adjustments are initiated to insure accountability, performance and satisfaction.
