Working directly with the founder and CEO over a four-year period, Rahal Consulting was integrally involved with many diverse functions that directly impacted the growth of the company. Originally hired to assist in the development of a professional sales force, Rahal's role constantly evolved to meet the specific and timely needs of the business throughout the relationship. Work included strategic and tactical planning as well as execution of a variety of initiatives for all divisions within this multi-faceted company. This work played a major role in the advancement of the company.
