Business Plan Development

Rahal Consulting wrote a comprehensive business plan used primarily to secure investment capital and private funding. The plan included working with senior management to articulate, refine and clarify corporate goals and strategies for multiple product lines.

Upon completion of the formal business plan, Rahal Consulting continued to work with senior management to implement newly defined strategies and tactics consistent with corporate objectives. Examples include transitioning the company to a sales and marketing driven organization through realignment of current resources and job descriptions, defining needs and criteria for new hires, delivery of sales training and working with sales management on all aspects of leadership and performance.
