New Product Development
Rahal Consulting was hired as a sales and marketing resources to create a new product development plan and methodology for future introduction and rollout of a concept project. The plan was used as a document to acquire funding for new products. This project included a complete market analysis, financial projections, market acceptance criteria, a sequence of phases from project definition through testing and validation and ultimately the “go ahead”to manufacture.
Following project completion, Rahal Solutions continued to work on additional projects including development of marketing strategies and materials to support the client’s new direction and initiatives.
